The Reunion Tower GeO-Deck is an indoor/outdoor observation deck located 470 feet above ground at 300 Reunion Boulevard, Downtown Dallas, Texas. This 2026 visitor guide covers opening hours, ticket prices, parking, transport, accessibility, and practical planning tips.
To skip the detail and just book your tickets, head here.
Last updated: February 2026. Two details are consistently wrong in third-party guides and travel listing sites. First: ticket prices are not fixed — they vary by time of day, day of week, and special events. The official ticketing page shows price ranges rather than flat admission prices: Adults $19–$40, Seniors (65+) $16–$35, Youth (4–12) $10–$20. A very large number of third-party guides and review sites quote a single adult price, typically at the lower end of this range, which applies only during off-peak visits. Visitors planning an evening, weekend, or holiday visit will pay significantly more than these guides suggest. Second: Crown Block restaurant does not come with GeO-Deck admission, and GeO-Deck admission does not come with access to Crown Block. These are entirely separate bookings. This is stated explicitly in the official FAQ but is absent from most third-party descriptions, which frequently imply the restaurant is part of the tower experience.

Reunion Tower GeO-Deck opening hours
Reunion Tower’s hours of operation vary by season and special events and are not published as fixed times on the official website. During quieter periods (ie. midweek in winter), it’s open from 3pm to 7.30pm. On weekends, it can be 12.30pm to 10.30pm. The hours are maddeningly inconsistent from day to day.
The only way to confirm the hours for your visit date is to check the events calendar before you go. Third-party guides and travel sites that quote fixed daily hours are not reflecting the real world position and are frequently incorrect.
The tower may also close temporarily due to inclement weather, facility upgrades, or private events. In severe weather conditions, particularly lightning and high winds, the outdoor deck may be temporarily restricted even if the indoor deck remains open. Check the official website and social media channels on the day of your visit if the weather forecast is uncertain.
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.

Reunion Tower GeO-Deck ticket prices
Ticket prices at Reunion Tower are dynamic. The official site lists price ranges rather than flat admission fees, and prices rise during evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events. This is the single most important fact to understand when budgeting for a visit: the prices shown at the lower end of each range apply only during off-peak visits.
As a general rule, though, go midweek during the day and adults will pay $19.
General Admission (includes souvenir digital photo and access to outdoor telescopes):

Hyatt Regency Dallas guests: Hotel guests receive 20% off GeO-Deck admission.

If you arrive late for your slot, entry will be permitted in the next available time slot at management’s discretion. How long to spend at Reunion Tower GeO-Deck
The official FAQ recommends allowing 30 minutes to an hour to explore the GeO-Deck once you are up in the tower. Visitors who wish to book a Guided Tour (1 hour total), dine at Crown Block, or browse the gift shop should plan additional time around these activities. A GeO-Deck visit combined with dining at Crown Block is a common itinerary and typically runs 2–3 hours in total; note that Crown Block requires a separate dining reservation.
Accessibility at Reunion Tower GeO-Deck
The tower is described on the official FAQ as completely accessible: “You will have easy access to each level in a wheelchair or crutches.” Elevators serve every level, and the indoor portion of the GeO-Deck is fully accessible by wheelchair.
Accessible parking is available separately from the standard visitor lot at 300 Reunion Tower Blvd. with the Hyatt Regency Valet, at a cost of $10. Do not navigate to the standard parking address at 601 Sports St. if you require accessible parking spaces.
Strollers are not permitted on the GeO-Deck due to fire safety codes. A dedicated stroller parking area is provided at the security checkpoint at the base of the tower. Removable infant carriers and wearable baby carriers are permitted.
Service animals are welcome. Pets are not permitted.
Inside the Reunion Tower GeO-Deck: what to see and do
The observation deck itself occupies the full circumference of the tower’s spherical upper section at 470 feet, giving an unobstructed 360-degree view across the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. On a clear day, views extend up to 30 miles, encompassing the Dallas city skyline, the surrounding suburbs, and — on the clearest days — the Fort Worth skyline to the west.
Indoor and outdoor sections: The GeO-Deck has both an enclosed, climate-controlled indoor section and an open-air outdoor viewing terrace. Both are accessible from the same level. In severe weather, the outdoor section may be temporarily closed; the indoor section remains available. In extremely hot summer conditions, the outdoor terrace is exposed to the Texas sun with no shade; early morning or evening visits are cooler.
High-definition telescopes (free): Fixed-point high-definition telescopes are available on the outdoor deck at no additional charge and allow close-up views of specific Dallas landmarks and distant points across the metro area. These are particularly effective for identifying specific buildings and neighbourhoods.
Interactive touchscreen displays: A series of touchscreen panels inside the GeO-Deck allow visitors to explore the city virtually — identifying landmarks, learning about Dallas neighbourhoods, and discovering hidden local gems. These provide useful context for orienting yourself relative to what you can see from the deck.
Augmented reality experience: An AR experience exclusive to the GeO-Deck uses portal technology to interact with iconic Dallas locations from above, unlocking information and surprises associated with major landmarks. Included with general admission.
Complimentary digital souvenir photo: Every general admission ticket includes a souvenir digital photo taken at a designated photo point on the deck.
Beer and wine bar: The GeO-Deck offers a curated selection of beer and wine for purchase, with views serving as the backdrop. Separate purchase required.
Junior Tower Ambassador programme: A children’s activity brochure is available; children who complete the activity sheet and return it receive a special surprise from staff. Ask for a brochure at the ticket counter on arrival.
Crown Block restaurant: Crown Block is a fine dining steakhouse and seafood restaurant occupying the upper level of the tower immediately above the GeO-Deck. The menu features Prime Beef, Texas Wagyu, Japanese A5 Wagyu, sushi, chilled seafood, a pastry chef’s dessert bar, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine list. Reservations for Crown Block do not include GeO-Deck access, and GeO-Deck tickets do not include Crown Block access. These are two entirely separate experiences and booking systems. Reservations for Crown Block are made at crownblockdallas.com.
Crown Room (event level): A separate event space at the top of the tower, available for private hire. Not open during regular visiting hours.
Light shows: The tower’s exterior LED lighting system produces custom-programmed light shows visible across Dallas from the ground. Shows are staged in honour of city events, sports victories, and holidays. Light shows are scheduled by the tower and cannot be purchased or requested for specific private occasions (with the exception of formal show requests submitted 30 days in advance at the discretion of management). The New Year’s Eve fireworks show, fired from 560 feet above the ground, is one of the largest in the Central time zone.
Gift shop: A souvenir and gift shop is located at the base of the tower, accessible without purchasing a GeO-Deck ticket. A virtual tour of the store is available at the official website for browsing before your visit.
