Planning a visit to Greenfield Beach in Jervis Bay? This guide covers how to get to Greenfield Beach, what to expect, and why it’s one of the quieter Jervis Bay beaches.
Greenfield Beach, Jervis Bay, is one of several excellent beaches in Vincentia, New South Wales. It’s smaller and less well-known than nearby Hyams Beach. But that tends to mean Greenfield Beach is quieter, too.
Vincentia lies at the southern end of Moona Moona Creek from Huskisson, the main activity hub in Jervis Bay. Greenfield Beach is in the southern part of Vincentia, south of Plantation Point.
How to get to Greenfield Beach, Jervis Bay
Access is via Sutton Street, but it also where the road ends and gives way to the Jervis Bay National Park.
Greenfield Beach is not one of the biggest Jervis Bay beaches – it’s about 350 metres long. But it does have the trademark Jervis Bay white sand. Greenfield Beach is also highly regarded for its snorkelling.
Greenfield Beach picnic area and facilities
There’s also a family-friendly vibe, spurred largely by the picnic area just behind the beach. There are free barbecues here, while information panels provide enlightenment on the flora, fauna and national park.
Greenfield Beach may be two beaches north of Hyams Beach, but getting between the two by road requires an annoyingly long detour. A much better connection is on foot, courtesy of the White Sands Walk.

White Sands Walk from Greenfield Beach to Hyams Beach
