The visitor centre, on the lower floor, holds a bookstore, exhibit space, restrooms and a small theatre showing a park film about Alexander Hamilton.
The historic floor, accessible only on a guided tour, contains the restored, furnished rooms of Hamilton’s home, including a marble bust of Hamilton in the front hall and a parlour with an early piano.
The outdoor grounds cover around three acres within St. Nicholas Park, with pathways connecting the house to the wider park between 128th and 141st Streets.
